Book One
Nomadin
Path of the Reluctant Wizard
Twelve-year-old Ilien has only one friend: an enchanted pencil with a big mouth and zero respect for authority. One minute it’s insulting the schoolyard bully. The next, it’s dragging him into a world of witches, giants, and a prophecy dark enough to doom them all.
He was told to keep it secret.
He was ordered never to use it outside the house.
But it’s the closest thing he has to family, and Ilien has never been good at doing what he’s told.
Now evil has come looking for him — and it somehow knows his name.
If you love stories of young heroes facing impossible choices about power, identity, and destiny, Nomadin: Path of the Reluctant Wizard will keep you turning pages late into the night… wondering whether the greatest magic of all is simply having the courage to be yourself.
Book Two
NiDemon
Trials of the Reluctant Wizard
His only friend is a sarcastic, talking pencil. Now it’s unusually quiet… and that’s worrying him.
Ilien Woodhill would love to forget everything he’s learned and go back to his old, boring life. But trouble just won’t leave him alone. This time, he’s on a desperate rescue mission, and the only hope for success may lie in a forbidden form of magic so dangerous it could corrupt him from the inside out.
But don’t worry—he has company: Windy, the brave and fiercely loyal Princess of Evernden.
And Ilien thought his pencil was difficult!

But that’s never stopped him before.
