Store Policies


Online Purchases:
We will only accept orders originating within the United States. We will only ship to addresses within the United States.
Returns
In-Store:  We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. The original, written receipt must accompany the return. 
Online:  We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after the delivery of the item. 
All returns must be in "new, unaltered, and unworn" condition - showing no signs of wear or damage in any way.
Custom orders and special orders cannot be accepted for returns.
Warranties
Purchases: We warranty against defects for one full year! This does not include damage to the item after it was purchased.
Repairs:  We guarantee all of our repair work for 1 full year! If our repair work, for whatever reason, does not hold up to that time, we will fix it again for free!
